Mobile Refilling Unit adopt HPU technology. Based on this idea, we integrate the pump unit and tube trailer into one container. And also we install dispenser together in this container. So it doesn’t need to do the installation job and ready to use when connect the power supply.

The MRU container mainly include seven parts:

u Natural Gas Storage.

It is assembled by jumbo tube tanks. Each tank has two pneumatic valves and two hand valves. Compare with small cylinders, jumbo tube tank has much less connections and it reduce the potential leakage risks and easy for operation and maintenance.

u Hydraulic Oil Tank (Stainless Steel)

The tank includes oil level gauge and oil filter. The oil level gauge is connected to PLC, the status is showed in operation panel for monitoring.

u Boosting System

The boosting system includes explosion proof motor, high pressure pump, pressure control valve and accessories.

 u  Instrument System

This system includes qualified explosion proof air compressor, dryer and oil filter. The function for this system is to provide dry and clean air to run the actuators. The compressor is controlled by an explosion proof control box and it is easy for operation.

u Control System

The control system includes pressure transmitters, PLC, touch screen, safety barriers and replays. All the parts are assembled and connected in explosion proof control panel. The whole system is controlled by PLC and it runs automatically. The operators can monitor the system running status through touch screen.

u Refilling System

The MRU system includes two refilling nozzles which are integrated on the container.
